Not a slogan we picked for the flyer - the actual reason mma. exists.
I started mma. in 2023 because I run a martial arts club myself, and I kept watching the same thing happen to clubs around me: good coaching, empty mats. Not because the training was bad - because nobody had posted anything since March, the website still said "opening soon," and the enquiry that came in at 11pm never got a reply.
For the first couple of years, mma. was a straightforward agency - I built websites and ran social accounts for other club owners, one bespoke project at a time. It worked, but it didn't scale past what I could personally deliver, and it kept me at a laptop instead of on the mats.
The 2026 rebuild is the same mission, run differently: a digital team now handles the work I used to bill hours for - the website build, the monthly content, the enquiry that comes in after hours. But it's still me, and other instructors like me, behind it - checking every post before it goes out, reviewing every reply that isn't a straightforward one, making the calls that actually need a person who's stood on the mats. The team does the hours. We still run the club.
If you run a club, I've almost certainly had the exact problem you're trying to solve.
